Welcome to the home of the Mississippi River Classic!

We are excited to host a brand-new tournament this summer in historic Dubuque, Iowa, overlooking the banks of the Mississippi River.

The new tournament, the Mississippi River Classic, will be held on June 5-6, 2010 at Loras College's brand new Athletic and Wellness Center.  We will have divisions for 12U (6th Grade in 2009-2010) through 19U (12th Grade in 2009-2010) boys teams.

All games will be played on six college-sized courts at Loras College, all within a block's walk, so there is no need to drive all over town from gym to gym.  Unlike many summer tournaments, we'll play "real" games... with the clock stopping on dead balls and certified officials.  All teams are guaranteed at least 4 games, with most teams playing quite a few more.

We feel like Dubuque is a great location to host an event like this, and we expect to attract many quality teams from Iowa, Wisconsin, Illinois, and other states in the midwest.  We hope you'll consider attending our event.

Please check back to this site often... we'll add many more features like information on travel, hotels, confirmed teams, and schedules as we get closer to the tournament.  If you have any questions, please let us know!
